Beginning her legal career at University College Dublin, Mary has practiced with six different firms throughout her career and gained the trust and loyalty of many clients over the years. Mary is an expert in the area of complex conveyancing transactions, also with commercial experience. She also holds a Diploma in Property Tax. Mary has practiced in the area of General practice throughout her career and is very proficient in all areas of law.

Ruth began her legal career in 1999 at University College Galway. Ruth spent over seven years with dynamic firms in the west of Ireland and has gained vast experience through the preceding years. She has a particular interest in Disability Law and has been involved with the Disability Unit at the National University of Ireland, Galway and also has been involved with the Special Needs Parents Association. She was involved with the Law Society of Ireland in Healthcare Law and Policy Certificate and has a very keen interest in this area due to personal circumstances. Ruth has vast experience of representing clients in the areas of Personal Injuries, Medical Negligence, District Court advocacy, Family law and Probate matters. Ruth will also offer advocacy services to clients who may have a family member with disabilities.

Cliodhna McGuire worked as a General Practice Solicitor in Galway for a few years before going on to specialise as a Medical Negligence Solicitor with Callan Tansey Solicitors in Sligo. Cliodhna has successfully represented clients in many Circuit and High Court actions involving surgical and birth injuries, wrongful deaths, defective medical devices, and injuries resulting from delayed diagnoses and inadequate treatment. She has also represented families of deceased persons at difficult and controversial Inquest hearings. Cliodhna is fully aware of the difficulties faced by clients in Medical Negligence cases and she is fully committed to providing the best possible service to her clients.
